1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced

2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas)

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon cornstarch

½ cup beef broth (low sodium)

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

Sesame seeds and chopped scallions for garnish

Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the beef slices with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of pepper. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes to tenderize.

    Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and beef broth. Set aside.

      Heat the Pan: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
