1 package (1 lb) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1 egg (for egg wash)

1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Olive oil (for brushing)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle shape (about 12x8 inches). If you’re using store-bought dough, it usually comes pre-rolled; just unroll it and smooth out any seams.

      Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined.

        Fill the Pizza Rolls: Spread the cheese and pepperoni mixture evenly over the surface of the pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
