1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.
