Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon dried thyme or fresh thyme sprigs for garnish

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Glaze: In a mixing bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.

Arrange the Salmon: Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and arrange them in the prepared dish.

Glaze the Salmon: Spoon the honey mustard glaze generously over each salmon fillet, making sure they are well coated.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs and lemon wedges before serving.
